Emergency Spot relamping service is often provided for small businesses, wearas maintenance personnel are not in place to provide emergency lamp replacement.  We can also quickly diagnose and fix other lighting problems that would normally impair or cripple the ability of a business to function properly. Maintenance programs at ECC can aid you with energy usage, control settings, and timing changes.  We can also provide you with an immediate supply of expired product replacements ,and even help you anticipate the need for future replacement components by tracking failures.
 

Group Relamping

For medium sized businesses with a small to medium sized staff of maintenance personnel, ECC sometimes recommends a maintenance agreement with ECC management involvement.  Clients will sometimes perform spot relamping with periodic ECC Group Relamping.  Based on product specifications, knowledge of the systems use, and tracked failures, ECC can calculate the optimum timing for a Group Relamp of a facility and design a cost effective maintenance strategy that meets our clients needs and budget.

Group Relamping makes a great deal of sense for all businesses because it ultimately saves their firm significant labor dollars due to the fact that, on a fixture by fixture basis, the labor costs for the replacement of all lamps at once is cheaper than the cost of the labor to replace all of the lamps individually as they expire over a period of a year or so. It just doesn't make sense to waste energy savings on poorly expended labor allocations.
