Energy Controls & Concepts (ECC) is committed to being an industry leader in the analysis, development and management of lighting efficiency projects. ECC prides itself on the use of The Light Tools®, a rules-based lighting-surveying tool that resides on a handheld personal data assistant (PDA) computer for all data collection processes, for continued assurance of fast, accurate and thorough data collection. ECC is dedicated to expanding its uses of sophisticated computer modeling design simulation combined with highly specialized engineering, equipment specifications and utility rate databases to formulate accurate and realistic forecasts of energy savings. ECC will continue to treat each client with innovative and qualitative solutions to all of their lighting/energy savings needs.
